Welcome to &BEYOND — where everything is hand-printed, small-batch, and made with love, color, and a touch of delulu-level optimism. By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Nothing scary… just vibes, clarity, and a sprinkle of legality. ✨

 

 

1. Overview

This website (and our products, checkout, content, and cute chaos) is operated by &BEYOND. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to &BEYOND.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following Terms of Service.

Basically: if you’re here, you’re in our world now — welcome!

 

 

2. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that you’re using a payment method you’re authorized to use.

You can’t use our products for anything illegal, harmful, or generally unhinged.

(Decorating? Yes. Illegal activities? No. Making your home beautiful & fun? Always.)

 

 

3. Product Info

Everything is hand-designed and/or hand-printed. That means:

  • Natural variation? Yes.

  • Minor imperfections? Yes.

  • Unique charm and character? Absolutely.

By purchasing from &BEYOND, you acknowledge that slight variations in color, print placement, texture, and pattern are normal and part of the handcrafted experience.

These “quirks” are intentional design features — not flaws.

 

 

4. Accuracy of Colors & Photos

We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens can be chaotic and lighting can be dramatic. Your item may vary slightly from what you see online.

This is normal. This is hand-printed art. 

 

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to update prices, adjust shipping fees, or run surprise sales whenever life inspires us.

When you check out, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information

  • Not use stolen cards (duh)

  • Accept that accidental fat-finger purchases are still purchases

 

 

6. Shipping & Processing Times

Because everything is handmade, processing times may vary — usually a few days, sometimes sooner if we’re on a creative bender.

Typically:

  • Orders ship within several business days

  • Made-to-order items may take longer

  • Holidays may slow things down

  • Creativity bursts may speed things up

Once shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather drama

  • Gremlins

  • Postal Chaos

We’ll always provide tracking so you can stalk your order in peace.

 

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

Short version:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • Cancellations are not accepted since we process immediately.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days.

We’ll make it right — with a replacement or store credit or a kind promise to do better!

Handmade variations do not qualify as damage. They’re part of the vibe.

(Please love them!)

 

 

9. User Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Hack our site (why??)

  • Steal our photos

  • Copy our designs

  • Try to resell our products as your own

  • Be rude in our inbox (we’re small and would prefer to use our time to create!)

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, product photos, branding, and content belong to &BEYOND.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute anything from our site without permission.


Basically: feel free to take screenshots to show your friends, but don’t steal our stuff.

 

 

11. Changes to the Service

We can update, pause, evolve, glow-up, restructure, or modify our website or policies at any time. We’re growing — please grow with us!

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Laundry accidents

  • Your cat destroying your napkins

  • Your toddler using our napkins as a superhero cape

  • Any damages beyond the cost of your purchased item

We make little luxuries things, not legal magic.
