Thank you for shopping at &BEYOND. Every item is handmade in small batches, and slight variations are part of the charm of our process. Since we hand-print our linens - all customers are receiving a unique product, making the story behind the beauty even better. Everything is intentionally & thoughtfully made, and with the kind of imperfect charm no factory can replicate. Because of this, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because every item at &BEYOND is hand-printed, handmade, or made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. This helps us keep our production sustainable and ensures every piece is freshly made with care.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

These variations are not considered defects and cannot be replaced or refunded.
They’re what make your piece yours!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or we accidentally send the wrong item, we’ll absolutely fix it.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A cute apology and a promise to do better
We may ask for photos so we can improve shipping or production.
But don’t worry — we’re not here to interrogate you; we just want to make good art and protect your goodies!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked “Delivered,” we sadly can’t control what your mail carrier, neighbor, or gremlin does with it.
If tracking never updates or shows as lost in transit, email us and we’ll help you figure out next steps or file a claim.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as we start processing them immediately.
